It is not about simply doing the things we have always done, a little better.  It is about finding new and better ways to do those things.  

 

It is not just an idea of what to do differently, but the vision and ability to take an idea through from concept to delivery in complex systems that are built to resist change.

 

Change needs experienced optimism; leaders who understand methodologies, realistic time frames, resources and the requirements of planning. 

 

However, a key priority at I.D. is always engaging with staff and establishing a true shared vision.  At I.D we facilitate staff to believe in the 'art of the possible' and empower them to believe in their own ability to make a positive impact.
